United Sources LLC (“TellTail,” “we”) operates telltaillitter.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information you give us — name, email, shipping address, phone (if provided), and order details. Payment card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We also collect basic usage data (pages viewed, device/browser, and analytics cookies).

Why we use it

To process and ship orders, send order and account emails, provide support, honor our guarantee, prevent fraud, and — if you opt in — send marketing emails or texts. We rely on your consent for marketing and on legitimate business needs for the rest.

Sharing

We share data only with providers who help us run the business: payment (Stripe), shipping/fulfillment (carriers and our 3PL), email/SMS senders, and analytics. We don’t sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time (link in every email; reply STOP to texts). You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hello@telltaillitter.com. Residents of certain states (e.g., California) have additional rights, which we honor.

Retention & security

We keep data only as long as needed for orders, legal, and tax purposes, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
