Shipping

We ship within the United States, and shipping is free on every order (carbon-neutral) — no minimum. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days; delivery is usually 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

30-Day Litter-Box Guarantee

If you’re not happy with TellTail within 30 days of delivery, contact us at hello@telltaillitter.com with your order number and we’ll make it right — a replacement or a refund. You don’t need to ship the litter back.

Returns & refunds

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the product was defective or we made an error.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@telltaillitter.com within 14 days with a photo and your order number, and we’ll replace it at no cost.
